The service price is listed in Euro. The price for our services is the same regardless of whether a travel certificate is issued (after a negative analysis result), a travel certificate is not issued (after positive analysis result) or if analysis cannot be performed.
- Payment
- Payment is made at the sampling location via card, we do not accept cash payment.
Reservation
We reserve the right to change or cancel your booking if we do not believe we can fulfil the service adequately. We will then notify you as soon as we can via e-mail and / or telephone to discuss alternatives.
- Analysis
- The PCR test is conducted using a method called RT-SIBA / Isothermal PCR, a CE-marked process approved by the EU and the Dutch authorities. Test results are provided within 4 hours after the test has been performed, provided that the analysis has been performed correctly. At high pressure, the time may vary, ask the staff on-site for a confirmed time. In the event of any obstacles or delays in analysis, we contact the customer without delay with the intention of carrying out a new free sampling. There is always a risk that the test will be contaminated, which results in an incorrect test result as a travel certificate cannot be issued.
