Prices

The service price is listed in Euro. The price for our services is the same regardless of whether a travel certificate is issued (after a negative analysis result), a travel certificate is not issued (after positive analysis result) or if analysis cannot be performed.

Payment

Payment is made at the sampling location via card, we do not accept cash payment.

Reservation

We reserve the right to change or cancel your booking if we do not believe we can fulfil the service adequately. We will then notify you as soon as we can via e-mail and / or telephone to discuss alternatives.

Analysis

The PCR test is conducted using a method called RT-SIBA / Isothermal PCR, a CE-marked process approved by the EU and the Dutch authorities. Test results are provided within 4 hours after the test has been performed, provided that the analysis has been performed correctly. At high pressure, the time may vary, ask the staff on-site for a confirmed time. In the event of any obstacles or delays in analysis, we contact the customer without delay with the intention of carrying out a new free sampling. There is always a risk that the test will be contaminated, which results in an incorrect test result as a travel certificate cannot be issued.

Test results

It is your responsibility to review all information on the travel document yourself in good time before you check in. In case of any errors in your or your child's travel documents, it is important that you contact us well in advance by phone or email ([email protected]) so that we can adjust the incorrect information. We disclaim liability in the event where any travel could not be carried out due to any errors in travel certificates where these were not reported to us in sufficient time to adjust the errors.

Right of withdrawal

If you cancel at least 1 hour before your visit, you are entitled to repayment of the full amount. In the event of the slightest symptom or illness, you must notify us immediately as we do not want to expose our staff to the risk of infection.

Refund

We disclaim liability for payment in the event of positive test results which, for example, may entail costs for missed trips, alternatively a test result that cannot be analyzed correctly.

Cookies

By using the test reception's services and the test reception's website, the User agrees to the test reception's use of cookies. Force majeure

Force Majeure such as war, extensive labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious spread of infection or other extent and / or cause which the party does not control and which prevents party to fulfill its obligations and relieves party thereof. Such exemption also applies provided that the business does not can be conducted under these conditions. The counterparty shall immediately be informed of circumstances which may apply this provision.
